Southwest Airlines to Reduce Atlanta Flights Significantly
ATLANTA – Big changes are coming to Southwest Airlines as they recently announced they will be cutting nearly a third of their flights operating through Atlanta to help eliminate unprofitable routes. This move means that the number of weekly flights to and from Atlanta will drop from 567 to 381. With these changes, Southwest will only service 21 cities from Atlanta, a decrease from the previous 37 cities.
