Police Searching for Perpetrators in Atlanta Dispensary Heist

Atlanta – Law enforcement officials are actively in pursuit of two individuals allegedly involved in an overnight robbery at a local cannabis dispensary in the early hours of Tuesday. The Atlanta Police Department is asking for public assistance in locating the suspects.

The Crime Scene

The incident reportedly occurred at a prominent dispensary located in the 700 block of Monroe Drive known as Realm Dispensary. Surveillance footage reveals that around 3 a.m., two masked men appeared at the shuttered business, possessing a large rock which they used to shatter the front window of the establishment.

Officials confirm that the perpetrators burglarized over $2,000 worth of items relating to smoking and vaping, before fleeing the scene and disappearing into the quiet, dark streets.

Looking for Leads

The Atlanta crime investigation team has shared the footage of the two suspects with the public, hoping someone might identify them. Besides disclosing footage, the police also released several detailed still shots, offering a glimpse of the suspects’ physical descriptions.

The investigators are urging anyone with information about the suspects or the incident to come forward. In an effort to encourage tips, Atlanta authorities have asked people to call the Crime Stoppers Atlanta tip line at 404-577-8477 if they have any information useful to the investigation.

While the hunt continues the suspects, In other news, the elite SWAT team was called into action for another case in southwest Atlanta, where an individual sought for questioning had barricaded himself in an apartment complex. On a similar note, another shooting was reported in the area leaving a couple injured.

In another concerning incident, a 70-year-old man from Coweta County was apprehended by the police for child molestation, furthering concerns about child safety in the region. Meanwhile, in a separate case, a man has been placed into custody following the discovery of a body in a car at a shopping center in Lilburn.
