According to a recent announcement from the folks at STHRN Hospitality Co., Atlanta’s very own food and beverage development team, we can look forward to two delightful additions at Perimeter Summit. First up, we have Little Gem, a fabulous eatery set to take center stage on the ground floor of Summit Two. Opening its doors in early 2025, Little Gem is all about providing a welcoming atmosphere where workers can escape the grind and savor high-quality meals at reasonable prices. Think fresh and tasty breakfast and lunch options that you can enjoy either indoors or outdoors. Plus, if you’re in a hurry, their grab-and-go selections will have you sorted in no time!
“Little Gem is a lunch-time destination to get a break from work and enjoy high-quality food at a reasonable price point, while feeling like you can continue to visit and enjoy a different flavor profile each time,” representatives from STHRN Hospitality Co. said.
Pizza Stop: Slices on Wheels!
But wait, there’s more! Joining Little Gem will be a fun food truck called Pizza Stop, which is expected to roll up to Perimeter Summit in late 2024. This pizza haven will serve up delightful pizza slices, sandwiches, and salads, all while being conveniently located near The Green, the central greenspace of the property. According to STHRN Hospitality, Pizza Stop is designed to be a “family-friendly, community-driven” spot that promises a blast of fun for everyone!
Complementing Existing Offerings
These newcomers will complement an already vibrant food scene at Perimeter Summit. Currently, there’s Savi Market, which has been expanding its grab-and-go options with locally sourced goodies. Don’t forget about the food truck program, featuring rotating cuisines and pop-up chefs who keep things exciting. Oh, and there’s also Sip, a lovely coffee and cocktail cart, as well as an airstream trailer serving up coffee, smoothies, and small bites.
Growing Community and Business Landscape
Now, while we’re relishing the prospects of new dining options, it’s also worth noting that Perimeter Summit is experiencing a fresh wave of office leasing activity. Big names like FinQuery, Chicago Title Insurance Company, and HealthLink Dimensions are setting up shop, adding to the community buzz! Not to mention, our friends at American International Group, Inc. are opening a cutting-edge digital innovation hub right at the center!
The Perimeter Summit spans a whopping 83 acres and is undergoing exciting renovations, including refreshed lobbies and even pickleball courts! Plus, there’s a new transit-oriented apartment complex, the Residences at Perimeter Summit, on the horizon, expected to welcome its first residents by fall 2026.
