Exciting New Talent Joins Chamberlain Hrdlicka Offices in Atlanta, Houston, and Philadelphia

Atlanta – Big news is coming out of the legal world as Chamberlain Hrdlicka proudly announces the addition of nine new associates across its offices in Atlanta, Houston, and Philadelphia! This exciting expansion is set to boost the firm’s reputation, enabling them to serve an even broader range of communities and key industries throughout the country.

Meet the New Crew

Let’s get to know these fantastic new faces that will be joining the Chamberlain Hrdlicka family:

  • Preston O. Eagan – Settling into the Tax Controversy & Litigation team in Atlanta, Eagan’s impressive background includes his time working with the Department of Justice’s Civil Division. He even got to play a role in the vetting process for Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson! Eagan earned his law degree from The George Washington University School of Law and holds a Master of Laws in taxation from New York University.
  • Keegan V. McCaster – Also in Atlanta, McCaster is moving from a clerk to an associate in the Corporate, Securities & Finance practice group. He’s got a knack for structuring and documenting financing transactions, drawing on his experience from his time as a summer associate. A proud graduate of Georgia State University College of Law, he certainly has the skills to make waves!
  • Charlsie E. Mann – Joining the Estate & Income Tax Planning & Estate Administration group in Atlanta, Mann previously interned at the Supreme Court of Georgia. She’s not just academically gifted, earning her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia with magna cum laude honors, but she’s also a great team player, having completed summer projects for various practice groups.
  • Sita V. “Tori” Harrigill – This Houston powerhouse is entering the Tax Controversy & Litigation practice group. With a background as a certified public accountant, Harrigill has a wealth of experience, having worked with clients on IRS resolution cases. She graduated from Tulane University Law School and earned her CPA license from the Mississippi State Board of Public Accountancy.
  • Lauren L. Hollaway – Back for round two, Hollaway rejoins Chamberlain after her role as a legal intern, this time in the Probate & Fiduciary Litigation practice group. She comes with valuable experience drafting pleadings and dealing with tax dispute resolutions. Big things await her at Chamberlain!
  • Minakshi Swaminathan – Joining the Commercial Litigation group in Houston, Swaminathan is bringing her extensive skills in drafting motions and research memorandums. A graduate of The University of Texas School of Law, she’s ready to hit the ground running!
  • Kathryn H. Torres – Torres will be a vital player in the Estate & Income Tax Planning & Estate Administration practice group in Houston. With prior experience advising clients in estate planning and tax matters, she’s going to be a real asset to the team. She’s also a CPA!
  • Katherine A. Wheeler – Wheeler will tackle the Tax Controversy & Litigation practice group in Philadelphia. With a background at the United States Tax Court, her expertise will benefit the firm massively. She’s completed her Master of Laws in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, setting her up for success.
  • Marisa E. Witter – Last but not least, Witter joins the Commercial Litigation practice group in Houston with a solid background in complex commercial litigation disputes. Previously an attorney at an Am Law 100 firm, she’s gained extensive experience throughout various stages of litigation.
