The Iconic Marburger Farm Antique Show Graces Atlanta This July

ATLANTA, GA – In a glorious celebration of history and uniqueness, the famed Marburger Farm Antique Show is holding its first-ever show outside Texas, right in the heart of Atlanta. The renowned event showcases an array of charming artefacts from over 300 vendors, and from July 17 to 20, will be flaunting its unique allure at Atlanta’s Southern Exchange Ballrooms.

Marrying Atlanta Charm with Marburger Grandeur

The atmospheric Southern Exchange Ballrooms, designed by Philip Shutze and located at 200 Peachtree, significantly upscales the typical Texas event setting of tents and vintage storefronts. Combining timeless elegance of crystal chandeliers, grand Corinthian columns, and 35,000 square feet of merchandise, the Southern Exchange presents an exquisite background for the much-awaited Marburger show.

“We wanted to bring the Marburger experience to the Southeast, and Atlanta’s history and personality was a natural match for us,” said Jeremy Buonamici, Partner and COO of Brook Partners, owners and operators of Marburger Farm Antique Show. The event is free and open to the public, and anticipates bringing dealers and visitors from across the country.

Decades of Tradition Meets High-Quality Kitsch

The show prides itself on its signature high-low mix which ranges from fine Continental antiques and oil paintings to mid-century collectibles, Americana, African and Asian imports, and industrial artifacts. Both museum-quality pieces and high-quality kitsch, such as select vintage barware or elegant French fauteuils, will adorn the exhibition space, providing a journey through time for Atlanta’s antique-loving community.

VIP Shopping Experience: An Unprecedented Prelude

For those eager to get the first pick of the impressive collection, Marburger has organized a VIP Shopping Experience on the evening before the show, from 4 to 7 p.m. For $200, antique enthusiasts can enjoy an exclusive preview of the richly diverse collection. This new initiative, a first for Marburger, offers guests an elevated shopping event in anticipation of the upcoming show.

Over the years, the Marburger Farm Antique Show has become a favorite amongst renowned figures such as Kelley Wearstler, Martyn Lawrence Bullard, Kathryn Ireland, Carson Kressley, and Joanna Gaines. Other celebrities like Gwen Stefani, Jenna Lyons, Brooklyn Decker, and Camila and Matthew McConaughey were also seen perusing the treasures. This year, the event expects to add new stars to its radiant constellation of attendees.

A New Chapter in Atlanta’s Antiques Scene

This latest addition of the Marburger Farm Antique Show to Atlanta’s rich calendar of events looks set to establish a new standard in the city’s antiques scene. Bringing together a splendid array of artefacts with the grandeur of Southern Exchange Ballrooms in the heart of Atlanta, the July show promises an unforgettable experience for antique enthusiasts and casual visitors alike.
