Lockdown lifted after threat reported at Midtown High, school officials say

Atlanta, Georgia – There is no immediate danger after a threat was reported at an Midtown High School on Wednesday, according to a spokesperson for Atlanta Public Schools (APS).

School Placed on Lockdown

The school was placed on an interior lockdown while the campus was searched. The lockdown was lifted around 12:30 p.m., according to school officials.
