LGBTQ Nightlife Forecast: July 5-26

The start of July marks a series of exhilarating nightlife events in Atlanta’s LGBTQ scene, with Missouri and Ohio leading the country in anti-drag legislation. As we dive deeper into the summer, the vibrant city of Atlanta gears up to host an array of nightlife events catering to the LGBTQ+ community.

Events Line-up from July 5-26

Starting on July 5, the famous DJ Ron Pullman will kick-start the month at the Atlanta Eagle. The same venue will also host a Cabaret on July 6, featuring remarkable performances by stars like Lena Lust, Shawnna Brooks, Misti Shores, Elea Atlanta, and Niesha Dupree. Then, Midtown Beach Club brings back the Kitty Pool Party on the same day. Presented by My Sister’s Room, the event offers a chance to unwind with DJs, gogo dancers, and an incredible fire show.

My Sister’s Room hosts the Coyote Queer After Party on July 6. Expect stunning performances from Jasmine, Carmen, Mariah, Lucky, Peach, and Lexie. Visit the same venue the following day, July 7, for Sunday Funday with Coyote Queer. Expect performances by Jasmine, Lucky, Peach, Greer, Lex, Carmen, and Mariah, with music provided by DJ Michael Wulf.

July 9 offers a night full of line dancing at Country Night, where DJ Dice will keep the crowd moving. The excitement continues at Trivia Night hosted by DJ DeWayne, followed by Jammin’ Feud and Jammin’ Music Bingo, on July 10 and July 11 respectively. If you love karaoke, Rock Haus Karaoke hosted by Raqi on July 11 should not be missed.

The second week of July brings Disco Dollz with Roxxxy Andrews on July 12 at Future Atlanta. Fans of RuPaul’s Drag Race know Roxxxy Andrews well and won’t want to miss this gem of a performance, hosted by Phoenix and Destiny Brooks. Malone and Ms. Mada also grace District Atlanta the same night.

Fun and Games with Kink and Dances

Enjoy a night full of fun on July 16 with a unique event, “How to Kink – Formal Tea Service,” where you can learn about the history of tea, brewing techniques, delicious recipes, and etiquette of service and partaking. The event is hosted by Atlanta Eagle and presented by Southeast Black and Blue.

Catch DJ Dice for another Country Night on July 23 at the Atlanta Eagle. Follow it up with Trivia Night, hosted by DJ DeWayne and Jammin’ Feud, and Jammin’ Music Bingo on July 24 and July 25. Wrap up the week with a fantastic performance by Crankdat and Lizzy Jane at District Atlanta on July 19.

That’s not all – there’s more in store with a list of DJ performances like the one by Ron Pullman and Suds and Studs event at Atlanta Eagle on July 20. The event includes a wet t-shirt contest, prizes, a bear wash, bull riding, shots, and more.

The eventful month wraps up with Trivia Night, Jammin’ Feud, Jammin’ Music Bingo, and Rock Haus Karaoke scheduled for July 23, 24, 25, and the final show Venture X Defined by Paul Van Dyk on July 26 at District Atlanta.
