Hai Robotics, a prominent warehouse automation organization, has recently announced its strategic move of its Americas headquarters from California to Norcross, Georgia. The move is engineered to gain more proximity to its business allies and customers, bolstering the company’s reach in the fast-expanding American market.
The newly established headquarters will feature a cutting-edge warehouse where a variety of HaiPick Systems will be put to show. This immersive experience, facilitated in the new facility, will allow the partners and customers to witness the competency and effectiveness of Hai’s revolutionary goods-to-person picking and fulfillment technology upfront. The Norcross site also plans to substantially enhance the in-house training capabilities of Hai, with it hosting a hands-on warehouse and a distinctive teaching section.
In addition to this, the Atlanta base will hold and distribute all equipment spare parts ensuring same-day or subsequent day shipping to the majority of the Hai Americas clientele. This step reaffirms Hai’s commitment toward providing full-scale system training and equipping customers and business associates with the skills and knowledge required to optimally utilize Hai’s systems.
“This new facility marks a remarkable phase in our growth across North and South America. It serves as evidence of our dedication toward rendering top-of-the-line solutions and services,” Brian Reinhart, the Chief Revenue Officer of Hai Robotics USA noted. With the recent inauguration of three directorial roles in partner development, software development, and customer service departments in the U.S., the company continues to show its commitment to the local market.
This shift not only amplifies Hai’s support to the significantly expanding American sector but also enhances the provision of support and development services to U.S. customers. Hai’s move to Georgia is expected to build upon their local support structure and foster its US based software development team. “Our new establishment in Norcross stands as a key milestone for Hai Robotics. It fortifies our commitment toward locally supporting the U.S. market and bringing us closer to our partners and customers,” commented Richie Chen, Founder, and CEO of Hai Robotics.
“We are eagerly waiting to welcome our clientele, local community, and partners to witness the future of warehouse automation,” remarked Rebecca Lennartz, the Director of Marketing at Hai Robotics USA. The facility is slated to open its doors to the public later this summer.
