Next in the lineup is the 55th AJC Peachtree Road Race starting at the Lenox Square Mall and ending at Piedmont Park, Atlanta. This year will host the Peachtree Invite Challenge.

Cobb County

The Fireworks Celebration at Six Flags Over Georgia promises a thrilling experience with nightly firework shows and an exclusive VIP party at Hurricane Harbor Atlanta. Elsewhere, the Southern Spirits event flaunts fireworks and live music at Southern Museum of Civil War and Locomotive History, Kennesaw.

Gwinnett County

The Red, White and Boom! The event in Norcross offers a mix of food, live music, face painting, and a fireworks display. Lanier Islands in Buford promises a fantastic Fourth of July with nightly fireworks and live music performances.

DeKalb County

The Red, White and YOU Parade in Dunwoody Village is a must-see, sponsored by multiple local businesses and organizations. For those in Decatur, the Pied Piper Parade, Concert and Fireworks offer a packed day of festivities starting from 6 pm.

Cherokee County

The 4th of July Spectacular in Woodstock offers a day filled with activities starting with the Freedom Run at 7 am and winding up with fireworks at 9 pm. Downtown Canton will host an Independence Day Celebration with a parade and fireworks starting at dusk.
