What’s the buzz? Wellstar wants to redevelop a 22-acre site that was once home to the Atlanta Medical Center, a level 1 trauma hospital that had to close suddenly last November.

Eric Pinckney, Integral’s senior vice president in charge of program management, described the meeting as “literally out of the blue.” Wellstar approached Integral to see if they would want to get involved in this important development project, and they were, of course, thrilled to jump on board.
