The world-renowned actor, rapper, writer, and comedian, Childish Gambino has recently revealed his plans for an upcoming New World Tour. The eagerly awaited tour is set to stop in Atlanta on September 2, at the renowned State Farm Arena. This marks a significant event as it will be Gambino’s first performance in the city in five years.
Childish Gambino’s New World Tour is designed to represent a reimagined version of his critically acclaimed 2020 album, “3.15.20.” The reworked version will include two new tracks, termed “Atavista” and “Human Sacrifice“.
The tour is scheduled to commence on August 11, at the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City and will include a total of 33 stops across North America, concluding in Chicago on October 3.
Childish Gambino has also planned legs of his tour beyond North America, extending to Europe/UK and Australia/New Zealand. The non-American part of the tour will initiate in Lyon, France on October 31, and finally conclude in Perth on February 11.
Gambino’s tour will also feature impressive guest performances. In North America, he will be joined by artist WILLOW, while Amaarae will accompany him for the Europe/UK and Australia/New Zealand legs of the tour.
Sale of tickets for the general public will begin from May 17, 10 a.m. local time at the official site of the New World Tour and Ticketmaster. American Express® Card Members will enjoy exclusive access to ticket purchase before the general public for North American, Australian, and select UK dates. The artist-presale provides fans with early access to tickets for tour dates. However, pre-sale start and end times are likely to vary by the market, so local listings must be checked.
The upcoming tour has stirred excitement among fans worldwide.
