This creative genius has swooped the gastronomic scene with an ice cream dish that tastes just like a hot dog. Nestled in a fluffy brioche bun and adorned with mustard, slaw, and the pièce de résistance – caviar, this dish perfectly encapsulates the word, whimsical. Not to be missed is the “A-Town” smash burger at Southern Belle for meat enthusiasts. This limited-time combo includes a juicy double-patty Wagyu beef burger and comes with a peach milkshake and fries.

Next, we venture to Umi, for an experience that is all about elevating sushi to an art form. The Omakase at M by Tasuku Murakami blew us away. The highlights would have to be the exquisite nigiri servings, the unique sushi rice whipped with uni (sea urchin), and the sake pairing event curated by sommelier Joon Lim.
