In the past year alone, law firms leased nearly 500,000 square feet in Metro Atlanta, according to data from Avison Young. High fives are in order for firms like Morris Manning & Martin, which recently signed a deal for 100,000 square feet at the Two Alliance Center, moving from their current 130,000 square feet at Atlanta Financial Center.
