Five Individuals Arrested in Atlanta Following Music Video Shoot Gone Wrong

A Whole Lot of Drama in the City

Just another day in Atlanta turned into quite a drama-filled scene earlier this month when folks filming a music video caused a bit of a commotion. On August 7, eyewitnesses reported that a bunch of guys armed with guns and a couple even with face masks were causing a stir around 355 Whitehall Street SW.

When the boys in blue showed up on the scene, they were greeted by a man decked out in body armor fancy enough to be a part of a movie set. Turns out, he was security for a music video shoot. The supposed weapons? All just fake prop guns used for the video.

A Merry-Go-Round Chase

While all this was going down, the cops spotted a bunch of guys rushing into a swanky navy blue Mercedes and speeding off before anyone could even blink. After a quick chat on their radios, another patrol car managed to pull them over just a few blocks down the road.

And get this – during the stop, the cops found a whole load of real guns within reach of the driver and passengers. Our speedy driver turned out to be a yоung cat named Jarquavis White, aged 20, who confessed he didn’t even have a proper driving license. But that wasn’t all, buried under his seat was a Glock handgun.

Pile of Trouble for the Five

In the front passenger seat, police found Tekai Key – a 19-year-old with a rifle conveniently tucked under the car seat. The backseaters, Joseph Daniels, Kevin Beaufort, and Jamaireon Muse, ages 26, 21, and 21 respectively, were also found with Glock handguns within reach. The topper? Muse had an active warrant floating around in Clayton County.

All the guys were handcuffed and charged with unlawful firearm possession. The cops nabbed not just the guns but also about $10,000 in cash and quite a few rounds of ammo, piling them up as official evidence. The souped-up Mercedes? Towed away and impounded. The arrestees? Shipped off to Fulton County Jail.

A Day of Unforeseen Turns

What started as a seemingly harmless music video shoot turned into a police chase, an arsenal of real firearms, and five guys facing some serious charges. It was a wild day, to say the least.
