ATLANTA — Hold onto your hats, because this winter’s graduating class at the Morehouse School of Medicine is in for a memorable send-off! The institution announced Monday that none other than the charismatic and multi-talented Courtney B. Vance will grace the stage as the keynote speaker at their winter commencement. Buckle up for an event marked by inspiration and celebration, as the ceremony is all set to unfold on Friday, Dec. 13, in the grand setting of the Martin Luther King, Jr. International Chapel at Morehouse College.

A Star with Endless Brilliance

Vance’s career certainly dazzles across the board. With substantial achievements under his belt, he has collected a Tony Award, two Primetime Emmy Awards, and a slew of NAACP Image Awards. And while he’s used to lighting up stage and screen, he’ll soon light up the iconic sidewalks too—come 2025, Vance will take his place among the stars with his very own star on the famous Hollywood Walk of Fame. Quite an honor!
