Atlanta, Georgia – Two leading logistics conglomerates, Transportation Insight (TI) and Nolan Transportation Group (NTG), have proudly unveiled their new, shared headquarters in Atlanta. The new establishment is situated at the recently redeveloped Campus 244 and will function as the main hub for their business operations. Moreover, the plan is for the new headquarters to fuel rapid growth and intensifying ties with both customers and transportation providers.
The decision to erect a new base in Atlanta mirrors TI and NTG’s unswerving commitment to the region and its position as a premier logistics gateway. The new headquarters combines five TI and NTG locations in the metro Atlanta region, including the offices of previously acquired businesses such as Platinum Circle Technologies, Spend Management Experts, and Transportation Specialist’s Group.
This consolidation will enable the companies to tap into Atlanta’s diverse talent pool. Plus, they can capitalize on the city’s strategic location, which provides superb transportation connectivity and easy access to significant markets.
Ken Beyer, CEO, spoke on the future expansion of the business. He said, “We are incredibly excited about our new headquarters in Atlanta and the opportunities for the future of our business. We have complementary businesses that are well-positioned to deliver fully integrated port-to-porch logistics solutions to our customers. Atlanta’s vibrant business community and skilled workforce make it the perfect place to invest in our long-term growth.”
The official inauguration ceremony held on June 26 saw Governor Brian Kemp, First Lady Marty Kemp, Dunwoody Mayor Lynn Deutsch, and over three hundred customers, carriers, partners, and employees in attendance. During the event, Governor Kemp remarked, “Our reliable infrastructure network connects companies and travelers with markets in every corner of Georgia and across the globe. We’ll keep working to maintain that strength, and know partners like Transportation Insight and Nolan Transportation Group will play a valued role in that mission.”
Since the onset of the year, TI and NTG have made substantial investments to expand their operations, having brought on board over 180 new employees. Construction of the new facility is such that it can accommodate up to 1,250 employees, thereby offering significant future employment prospects that will contribute to regional growth.
Besides investing heavily in personnel, TI and NTG consistently invest in Beon, their proprietary AI-enabled digital logistics platform. The platform powers both brands and forms a seamless point of connection between shippers and carriers within its ecosystem.
The newly-opened premises in Dunwoody, Georgia, represents a significant achievement in the next stage of growth for TI and NTG. RocaPoint Principal Patrick Leonard, who was involved in the development of the building, said, “Campus 244 exemplifies the mixed-use atmosphere companies desire in this new era of collaboration and innovation, and we welcome TI and NTG. The new headquarters will support the strategic objectives of TI and NTG while enhancing the economic vitality of the region.”
