Hey there, all you cocktail lovers in Atlanta, we’ve got some exciting news for you! You know that super cool James Bond-inspired watering hole, Vesper? Well, it’s expanding! That’s right, more space, more vibes, and definitely a whole lot more of their kickass ’60s inspired cocktails and mouth-watering snacks. And guess what? The new joint is being christened Spectre. Spooky right?
The mastermind behind Vesper, none other than our guy Damien McGee, decided it was high time to take things to the next level. So, he’s claimed the empty digs next door, adding nearly another 1,000 square feet to the already vibing Vesper.
But listen, Spectre is not just an extension of Vesper. Nope! Spectre is designed to have its own unique, sexier, and slightly naughtier energy. It’s something like walking into a classy crime boss’s private lounge, so prepare to be seduced.
As you step into the new space, soft velvet seats in vibrant chartreuse invite you to sink in, while a palette of deep, dark hues like black plum and walnut add to the mysterious ambience. Underneath these deliciously tactile delights, intricate gold patterns play hide and seek with your eyes as they run across walnut-stained concrete floors.
And the food! I hear they are going to be serving Vesper’s full menu of nuanced martinis, delicious mocktails, and bar bites. Try the espresso martini, it is the best in Atlanta. Oh, and don’t shy away from the truffle tots – you won’t regret it!
Make sure to check out the mouth-watering additions to the menu, too. There’s a brand-new elote dip that was just launched, and a tantalizing seared tuna tataki appetizer. They’ve even cooked up a refreshing cucumber and creamy wasabi-washed martini, talk about pushing taste boundaries! So if you’re an ‘It Girl’, Spectre is so your scene.
McGee’s bigger, snazzier setup also makes Spectre a great place for your next big bash. So whether you’re planning a birthday, bachelorette, or just enjoy a good old shindig, Spectre’s got you covered.
Starting this October, fellow Atlantans, the choice is yours. You can either lounge at your beloved Vesper or hop next door to the new old cat in town, Spectre. So get excited, folks! I mean, who knew choosing between two fantastic cocktail bars could be this hard, right?
