Atlanta, get ready to pop the champagne because there’s a treat in store for all the brides-to-be out there! A beloved bridal brand that kicked off its journey in Denver, a&bé x anna bé bridal, is gearing up to open a stunning new boutique in the heart of Buckhead. The new shop is set to grace 3072 Early Street NW and will be the first-ever location featuring both brands under one roof. How cool is that?
Anna Walsh, the talented mastermind behind this dreamy venture, describes both brands as “sisters.” They share the same core values—excellent design and an unforgettable shopping experience—while offering distinct styles. a&bé leans towards the more modern and fashion-forward side, while anna bé offers a slightly more traditional and classic flair. No matter your preference, you’re bound to find something that makes your heart sing!
What really sets this bridal boutique apart is its warm, inviting vibe. Both brands aim to create a friendly atmosphere that caters to the individual bride’s experience. Whether you want a chill, no-fuss outing or are dreaming of a more vibrant, exciting dress-shopping extravaganza (think tailored playlists to get you in the mood), there’s something here for everyone.
Anna Walsh’s journey began almost two decades ago, sparked by her own wedding dress shopping woes. After realizing how tough it was to find the right dress, she decided to change the game. “Our first store took five months to bring to life. What were we thinking?” Anna chuckles, reminiscing about the early days. They dove into this adventure with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn along the way. And boy, did it pay off!
When anna bé opened its doors in 2006, it quickly became a go-to stop for brides in search of that perfect gown. Fast forward seven years, and the first a&bé hit the scene. Today, both brands have an impressive total of 13 locations spread across nine states, including Tennessee, North Carolina, and Texas. And guess what? They’re also eyeing further expansion, with another a&bé x anna bé bridal boutique lined up for Boston!
So, what made Atlanta the next hotspot for their exciting expansion? “We’re always on the lookout for new opportunities,” Anna explains. “Sometimes designers will suggest cities, and Atlanta came highly recommended.” After spending some time scouting the city for the ideal location, Anna fell head over heels for Atlanta. It wasn’t long before they found the perfect space at Pearson’s Corner, nestled between popular spots like The Salty Donut and Velvet Taco.
With the grand opening expected in early 2025, Atlanta brides have an incredible shopping experience to look forward to. You’ll be able to book appointments online to secure your spot and make the whole process even more enjoyable. “We’re thrilled to bring in some designers that haven’t been available in Atlanta before,” Anna shares, emphasizing how brides will fall in love with not only the dresses but the whole experience, which focuses on authenticity, fun, and relaxation.
